Cancellation Policy

Last-minute cancellations hurt our team. We are rarely able to fill a spot we have reserved for you in less than 24 hours.

We ask for a credit card to secure your appointment. Cancellations must be within 24 hours, otherwise, 50% of the service cost will be applied to the card on file. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur 100% of the service charge – Thank You for Your Understanding!

What if I am unhappy with my service?

We hope that never happens! We are happy to remedy the problem as long as we are notified within 7 days of your appointment. At Hart & Harlow we want you to always feel comfortable with discussing any concerns with your stylist. They are professionals, and are fully invested in making your experience something pleasant and rewarding. So please, sometimes the biggest fiascos in hair can be solved before ever leaving your appointment by simply speaking up, and asking as many questions as you like. Communication is key!
